Additional registration is required for this session and will close 24-hours prior to the session start time. Registrants must also be registered for KubeCon + CloudNativeCon Europe 2021 - Virtual & Cloud Native Security day to attend.

When starting with Kubernetes, security policies are not easily enforced or understood by developers and administrators in a collaborative method. An administrators’ policy enforcement may create roadblocks for developers, especially if enforcement does not give a path forward or corrective action. KubeLinter solves these problems by linting Kubernetes YAML files and Helm charts at the source, the developer.

In this 30 minute session, we will evaluate KubeLinter by moving through a hands-on demo of the application, showing a use case for local machines and CI pipeline integration, and discuss how best to integrate it into your organization.
  • KubeLinter, and its default checks
  • The open source community and where KubeLinter fits
  • How you can leverage the application in your day-to-day
**This session will walk through the KubeLinter walkthrough repository, and we recommended installing KubeLinter locally before the session so it can be as interactive as possible. If you want to learn more about KubeLinter beforehand, take a look at the project documentation.
